Exhibition Design Dorset – Magna Housing Association is community based and provides over 8,500 homes to let and around 350 shared ownership homes primarily in Dorset and Somerset.
Looking to promote Shared Ownership, Magna Housing came to us to design a set of pull-up banners that could be used for events to engage with potential home owners who might not have considered Shared Ownership.
Shared Ownership gives first time buyers and those that do not currently own a home the opportunity to get on the property ladder and own a share in a new home, which can be cheaper than renting.
The pull-up banners are designed to grab attention in an unusual way to pose a question for a market that may have never considered shared ownership as an alternative to renting. The banners are designed to be used alone or as a set.
