Legal Services Commission
The Legal Services Commission is a government body that approached Design Image to support the communication of a planned office relocation to their staff, turning a potentially unsettling change into something their team could feel positive about.
The Legal Services Commission needed a piece of communication that acknowledged the impact of the move while generating enthusiasm and support from the people it would affect most.
We designed and produced a bright, informative and easy-to-read handbook distributed to all staff ahead of the relocation. The handbook covered everything employees needed to know, from details about the new office and its services through to transport links, the closest tube stations and a guide to the bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. The tone was warm and practical, designed to make the change feel like an opportunity rather than an inconvenience.

Interactive wall
Alongside the handbook, we created an interactive wall installation for the staff communal area that gave employees a shared space to follow the progress of the move and raise any questions or concerns along the way.
The installation combined graphics with a whiteboard area, giving the space both a visual identity and a functional purpose. It kept the relocation visible and front of mind in a positive way, encouraging staff engagement and transparency throughout the process.
