Cherries Court

Cherries Court is a shared ownership development of two and three bedroom homes in Boscombe, Dorset, commissioned by Domus and Bournemouth Borough Council, within walking distance of the town centre and less than a mile from the beach.

Domus and Bournemouth Borough Council needed a complete marketing package for the Cherries Court development, covering everything from the initial brand identity through to the materials that would drive buyer interest and applications.

We started with the logo, building a clean identity for the development that could carry through every piece of marketing material. From there we produced detailed CGIs showing the external and internal views of each plot, giving prospective buyers a clear and compelling picture of what was on offer before a single home was complete. The CGIs were used across the site hoarding graphics, giving the development a strong and professional visual presence at street level, and throughout the marketing brochure, which presented each plot in detail alongside pricing and application information.

Website design and development

To support the full marketing campaign, we also designed and built a responsive website giving the development its own dedicated digital presence.

The site provided detailed information on Cherries Court and each individual plot available, with downloadable pricing guides, an application form and the full brochure all accessible in one place. For a shared ownership development where the buyer journey involves multiple steps and documents, that clarity and accessibility made a real difference to the experience of prospective buyers moving through the process.
