The Grange Apartments

The Grange is a luxury development of two-bedroom coastal apartments with sea views in Sandown, Isle of Wight, developed by Days Estates and marketed to buyers looking for high-end coastal living.

Days Estates needed a complete visual identity and a set of detailed CGIs for The Grange that would allow prospective buyers to picture the finished development before construction was complete.

We developed the logo and branding for the development, then produced a full set of architectural CGIs from the builders’ plans. External views from multiple angles and detailed internal apartment visuals gave buyers a realistic and compelling picture of what they were investing in. Plot layouts and visuals were produced alongside, giving the sales team everything they needed to present each individual unit clearly and confidently.

Brochure, hoarding and print production

With the branding and CGIs in place, The Grange needed a complete set of sales and marketing materials that presented the development at the level a luxury coastal apartment commands.

We designed and produced a high-quality 40-page sales brochure that brought together the CGIs, plot layouts, location information and development details in a format that reflected the premium nature of the project. Site hoarding graphics were also produced, giving the development a strong and professional presence at street level throughout the construction period. Every piece of print was produced to a standard that matched the quality of the development it represented.
