Williams Gate

Williams Gate is an 11-home shared ownership development of two and three bedroom family homes in Bovey Tracey, Devon, developed by Spectrum Housing Group, for whom we produced the marketing brochure and CGIs.

Spectrum Housing Group needed a marketing brochure for Williams Gate that presented the development clearly and compellingly to prospective shared ownership buyers in Devon.

We had worked with Spectrum Housing Group before, and Williams Gate was another opportunity to produce a brochure that gave the development the quality of presentation it deserved. The brochure was designed to guide prospective buyers through the development, covering the homes available, the shared ownership scheme and the key details they needed to make a confident decision.

CGIs

To support the brochure and give buyers a clear visual of the finished homes before construction was complete, we produced a set of CGIs from the architects’ plans.

External CGIs were created for individual plots from multiple angles, giving prospective buyers a realistic and detailed picture of each home. From housing developments through to intricate product interiors, our CGI work brings concepts to life in a way that photography simply cannot at the pre-build stage. The CGIs were used throughout the brochure and as standalone sales assets for the Spectrum Housing Group team.
