Rivels Way, Sovereign Living

Sovereign Living is a residential property developer whose Rivels Way development offers brand new two and three bedroom homes alongside the River Culm in the mid Devon town of Cullompton.

Sovereign Living needed a brochure and a set of detailed CGIs that would allow prospective buyers to picture their future home and give the sales team the tools to sell plots before the homes were even built.

We produced the CGIs directly from the builders’ plans, creating striking and detailed visuals of the external elevations from multiple angles. For buyers making one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives, that visual detail makes a real difference to their confidence in a development they cannot yet walk around or touch.

The brochure brought the CGIs together with all the information buyers needed, presented in a clean and well-structured format that reflected the quality of the homes and the appeal of the riverside location. A strong piece of sales material that gave Sovereign Living everything they needed to generate interest and move plots from plans to reservations.
