Victory Oak, Spectrum Premier Homes
Victory Oak is a Dorset residential development by Spectrum Premier Homes, offering two, three and four bedroom homes set around a central green featuring the historic Victory Oak tree that gives the development its name.
Spectrum Premier Homes needed a complete marketing package for Victory Oak, starting with an identity that captured the character of the development and its unique woodland setting.
We designed a logo that incorporated the history and spirit of the site, with the Victory Oak tree itself at the heart of the concept. From there, we produced detailed 3D CGIs from the architects’ plans, showing each house type from multiple angles and giving prospective buyers a clear and compelling picture of their potential new home. A 3D CGI site plan brought the whole development to life, allowing buyers to understand the layout and the feel of the community before a single home was built.
The A4 landscape brochure was designed with space and quality at its core, large imagery, considered layouts and the same attention to detail as the homes themselves. A piece of print that felt as premium as the development it represented.

Hoarding graphics and show home marketing suite
With the development approaching launch, the hoarding graphics were designed in two phases to build interest progressively. The initial hoardings promoted the development name and directed people to register their interest, generating over 200 interested prospective buyers ahead of the show home opening. A second phase of full graphics with CGI visuals was then installed to showcase the homes in detail ahead of launch.
The show home and marketing suite were given the same level of care, with welcome signage, full acrylic graphics for each house type and a large site plan bringing the development to life for buyers visiting in person. The complete campaign contributed to over 50% of homes being reserved within three months of launch.
