Future Oceans Foundation

Future Oceans Foundation is an environmental charity behind the Reef for Schools programme, which brings live coral into primary school classrooms through the CoralPod, a unique multi-layered reef restoration dome designed to engage children with the natural world and the Clean Seas message.

Future Oceans Foundation needed a complete promotional marketing package designed to introduce the Reef for Schools programme to primary schools, giving teachers and headteachers a compelling and clear picture of how the CoralPod could be integrated into their curriculum.

We created a new logo for the programme and designed an innovative multi-use folder brochure system, complete with a range of specific inserts covering curriculum integration and example lesson plans across the full school curriculum. The materials were designed to communicate the impact and wonder of the programme visually, helping schools immediately understand how the CoralPod would engage their students across every age group and subject. Science, geography, sustainability and the arts all feature in the lesson plan content, and the design made all of that easy to navigate and compelling to read.
