Winterborne Meadows

Winterborne Meadows is a development of six three-bedroom brick-built homes nestled in the Dorset village of Winterborne Kingston, developed by Spectrum Premier Homes with picturesque open countryside views across the fields.

Spectrum Premier Homes needed a sales brochure for Winterborne Meadows that gave the development the quality of presentation its setting and specification deserved.

We had worked with Spectrum Premier before and were delighted to work with them again on Winterborne Meadows. We produced a beautiful A4, 20-page brochure designed with the development’s rural setting and premium positioning firmly in mind. The layout and finish felt appropriate for six carefully considered family homes in a sought-after Dorset village location, giving prospective buyers a clear and well-presented guide to everything the development had to offer.

CGIs

To support the brochure and give buyers a compelling visual of the finished homes before completion, we produced a set of detailed CGIs that brought Winterborne Meadows to life.

The CGIs captured the external elevations of the properties in context, giving prospective buyers a clear and appealing picture of what life at Winterborne Meadows would look and feel like. Striking, detailed and produced to a high standard throughout, the imagery was central to the brochure and gave the Spectrum Premier team strong visual assets to use across their wider sales activity.
